The studio does not guarantee specific outcomes, skill levels, or musical advancement within a defined period of time. Student progress is influenced by individual effort, practice habits, aptitude, and consistency.

Piano instruction at The Czerny Studio is not medical therapy, physical rehabilitation, or professional treatment for injury, cognitive impairment, or emotional conditions. Students with prior or existing injury—including repetitive strain, arthritis, tendonitis, or neurological conditions—must consult their own licensed medical provider before beginning lessons.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By enrolling in lessons, classes, workshops, recitals, or any studio activity, the student (or parent/guardian of a minor student) agrees that The Czerny Studio, its owner, agents, and representatives are not liable for any injury, property loss, or damages resulting from:

  • participation in lessons or studio events

  • use of instruments or equipment

  • travel to or from lessons

  • online instruction, video lessons, or digital platforms

  • recital attendance or performance activity

Enrollment in lessons constitutes full acceptance of this limitation of liability.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

The Czerny Studio does not guarantee admission to music schools, placement into ensembles, college scholarships, successful competition outcomes, or achievement of any specific performance level. Testimonials are real but are not guarantees of typical or future results.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All method materials, arrangements, exercises, theory sheets, videos, studio curriculum, and written explanations are the intellectual property of The Czerny Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or taught under another studio name without written permission.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND RESOURCES

The studio may recommend books, apps, recordings, sheet music, and instruments. These recommendations are provided only as a courtesy. The studio is not responsible for the quality, delivery, cost, or function of any third-party product or service.

7. MEDIA & RECORDING NOTICE
